Chase and I had a wonderful trip to Tampa. We spent two weeks and pretty much checked out all comics a art related things in Tampa and surrounding areas. We won a contest at the coolest comic shop Ive ever been to, Emerald City Comics We got all these variant covers.

We also went to Tampa Comic Con and had a blast!!! I think we are going to make this trip an annual thing.

We got to go to the beautiful St.Pete beach.

We recorded a podcast while we were there. Check out Comic Book Variant on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook... All that jazz. fun show if you like comics as much as we do. We even watched Ant-Man.

Over all I would say we had a wonderful trip. We even went to the Salvador Dali museam where Chase managed to find a Superman reference that I don't know if anyone else on Earth has ever noticed.

The painting was painted the same year that Action Comics #1 came out, 1938. Coincidence? I doubt it. One of the many reasons I love that man. Haha. Anyway, be sure to check out our Podcast, Comic Book Variant and subscribe to us on YouTube and soon to be on iTunes.
